I have Roku and also wireless internet cable.. All my Roku programs, Netflix and Amazon Prime, are dim, hard to see. But when I use my cable for programs, the TV screen is clear and bright. I have increased y TV settings to the brightest but nothing helps in Roku. Ideas?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Hang One LG, cant' tell model. Coming up on 2 yrears

Customer: Started about amonth ago. Got cable installed about 2 months ago

What is the model of the roku?

Have you tried to reset the system by power off , disconnect power and let it sit for 5 min and put back together and let me know the result.
