I see you were chatting with the site assistant. I am Mike, the field technician assigned to help you. If you see a pop up for phone call service, it was not sent by me and I am not available by phone. To get started, I need to know you can see this message and are able to reply to me here.
-Is this a Roku "stick" or a box that connects using an hdmi cable?

Are you having website difficulties that are preventing you from replying?
The Roku should have a physical RESET button on the rear or under side, sometimes recessed requiring a paperclip to press:
-leave the tv on showing the Roku screen
-leave the Roku plugged in
-press that RESET button and hold it for 15 seconds
-watch the tv screen as the Roku comes back on from the reset
It will be completely reset so you will have to go through setting it up like when you first got it.
If that doesn't help then it is "toast" and will have to be replaced (repair is more than replacing).
If you need more help or don't understand something use the REPLY option and you may also submit a 3 to 5 star rating at the top of this page now. Rating does not close your question or prevent future replies which are at no additional cost. The longer you wait to submit a rating the less chance I will get credit.
