My Panasonic DMR-BWT760 was working fine for the last 6 months or so. Today I turn it on and it's telling me I have 'no signal'. I can still play a DVD, so the player is connecting to the TV, but re-tuning the TV isn't proving successful..... Please help?!?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a Samsung Series 6 LED TV Model name: UA60J6200. It was also purchased about 6 months ago - same time as the Panasonic player
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only happened today. The TV was off. It was working fine last night
JA: Anything else you want the video expert to know before I connect you?

The box isn't getting a TV signal from your aerial.

Have you checked the aerial connections at the rear of the box?

Try removing and reconnecting the two aerial connections (this box has a twin tuner) and then try again.

If it still won't work, test the aerial cable with a different TV to ensure it is still working.

If you are using an outdoor aerial, check that it hasn't moved or fallen over.
