Can you tell me more about the playback issues? Is it pixelated? Buffering?
Is it at certain times of day? When other people are home?
Are you using wifi or ethernet?How far from the router?If you go to speedtest.net on your computer, what ping/up/down results do you get?

Well the rokus really aren't compatible either, they are going to be limited to a 100mbps connection,
even knowing what it can get would be a good indicator of what the roku is getting
