A note came up in the middle of a program telling us to contact 'feelin.com' about a problem. The bill is auto paid by a currently valid billing on our visa card.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Roku 1 bought maybe two or three months ago.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: For about 30 minutes. Everything was fine until the message popped up. Only my wife was watching.
