I would like to know if you can hear anything when you press eject

Ok it looks like the tape is stuck and the only way to get it out it to probably take the system apart to remove the tape. You might loose the tape as the loading mechanism might be defective

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
ok can you guide me with some kind with photos to what to remove
Expert:  electronicsguy replied 2 months ago.

You will need to remove the top cover by removing screws that are holding the top. The deck will look similar to what is on the video below

Pay attention to the load mechanism gear that is white on this video about loading and loading process

Expert:  electronicsguy replied 2 months ago.

If the mechanism is not rotating similar to the one on the video, then you might see some pieces inside.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
the mechanism is not broken nor the tape ether ok i remove the cover whats next?
Expert:  electronicsguy replied 2 months ago.

Put power on and then press eject and see what is moving similar to the video. The mechanism should rotate and move the tape up and forward towards you.

It looks like a micro switch not working on the left side. The mechanism is trying to trigger a switch which is not responding. Would you be able to identify switches that are used during the system operation to stop or eject? You can use a screw driver to trigger them to eject the tape.
