When you are watching the roku, do you get error messages during playback? Or does it pause briefly or have the screen get pixelated or go to a lower quality picture for some period, then start playing back automatically?
Can you please test something for me: on your computer, go to http://speedtest.net and click on the Begin Test button, then let me know the results (ping, upload, and download speed).
Also how far is the roku from your wifi router?
