JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: we just moved and I'm trying to log in
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to prime and tried to activate movies

What is the model of the roku?

Have you tried to reset the system? Power off the system, disconnect the power cord and disconnect it from the tv. Wait for 20 minutes and put it back together.

If reset power does not fix the system, then if the roku has a reset switch on the back, use the pin or paper clip to reset.
