The F60 error is a severe error indication, which usually means the main circuit board in the device has gone bad; sometimes it's merely a few bad components, though.
A voltage was detected as missing from the PCB, and the device needless to say cannot initialize.
But first try unplugging the device from the power. Leave it that way for a while, then power it On again. When 0000s display, press the Power button for at least 10 seconds, then let it go. Then wait 20 seconds or more, and press the Power button again to reset the device.
That's better than an F60 error.
Now turn it Off, for 3+ minutes. Then after that interval, turn it On again. How does that work out?
