Welcome to just answer. I will be taking care of you today.

Can you double check the model of the system?

Have you tried new batteries?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I found the answer, press and hold enter and 1 for 10 sec and remote is now DVD1 go into menu select factory reset then reprogram remote back to DVD3 enter and 3 for 10 sec and problem solved. My recorder was in DVD1 mode and now is DVD3 so it works.
