Hi , I`m Jack an independent TV/AUDIO repairman with 40 years experience.Perhaps i can help you with this , please let me know when you see this.
Need a bit more info before I can give any sort of answer .
Unplug the power cord 30 secs then back in and tell what is the dvd doing now if anything ?Is there a light or blinking light at the front , clicking sound from inside when you plug in the power cord or try to turn it on ?
Is this a Panasonic or pioneer dvd ?
Can you lookup that model number again please ?
In any case this looks like at least some parts of its power supply failed like the motor driver supply voltage and this would need to be diagnosed with meters
Sorry but no quick trick or reset on this one , your dvd`s electronic failed and very likely is not worth taking to a shop considering the price of players nowadays.
If you want to retrieve your dvd then just remove the back cover and pull out the dvd deck by removing every screws in sight until you get to it but if you expect to have it looked at by a repair shop then leave it in and have them pull it out
Sorry there is no easy solution here and by the way , that model number is ***** complete or something , I cannot find anything Panasonic with it
I`m going to opt out and repost your question , perhaps another expert has something on that one .
