None of the internet icons work. My dvd player works
Expert:  Shahid replied 7 months ago.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
it says all internet connections are ok and working
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
i had to set up a new router.
Expert:  Shahid replied 7 months ago.

OK, have you tried to run network setup again in bluray to establish fresh conenction with router?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
the guy at netflix also did a factory reset with me and nothing has corrected it yet
Expert:  Shahid replied 7 months ago.

This is odd, does the bluray show your router in network list?

Have you tried to unplug bluray power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
it shows my new router. I went through all the set up with that and it says its ok.
I did unplug it. Maybe not long enough.

OK, try unplug for 10 minutes and check again.
