I have had a Roku for over 2 years without issue and now for some reason I am not able to get on GETV says something about unable to connect. I checked connections and everything is connected HEP PLEASE HELP!

Can you please remove the power to the ROKU (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the ROKU, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
