Hello and sorry you're having problems.
Do all other sources on the Denon (DVD, Cable, FM tuner, etc.) playback as they should, and is the issue only with the Internet radio?
If so, have you tried simply unplugging the receiver from power for several minutes, and then plugging it back in?
Additionally, a reset of the processor would be the next course to take if a basic unplug/plugin reboot do not help.
