How is the player connected to your TV?

The usual choices are:

Three RCA cables - red, white and yellow

Five RCA cables - two reds, green, blue and white

HDMI cable - single cable with a computer connector that looks a bit like a USB connector

So when you play a BluRay can you get to the menu of the disc or not?

No it says error. Then ejects. But it plays DVDs just fine. The firmware is up to date. I blowed out the dust cleaned the laser lens. I'm going to try to adjust the potentiometer s

Are the BluRays the correct region code? I assume that they are. These are discs you have played prior??

I fixed it by turning the potentiometers until it read the disc. How do I get my money back for this service?
