Customer Question

I have a SC-PM29 CD system and lost the remote. I ordered a replacement and got a N2QAJB000100. Many of the functions work, but the "Play Mode" doesn't bring up a menu and what I really want to do is listen to all the disks.
1) is there a way to do this without the remote?
2) Can you tell me how to do it with my replacement remote?
There is an "All disc/Disc" button on the remote, but I can't get that to work either.
Thanks,
Tony Teoli

Hello. My name is Michael. I can help you with your question.

Unfortunately, the system doesn't have the ability to perform all functions without the remote. BUT, you should be able to play the CD. The remote that you have is not the correct one, so that won't work. If you want to do it by remote, this is the one you need.

I've also attached an illustration that shows you what the CD play and change buttons look like so you can do it directly from the system if you want to do that in the meantime.
