hello. My name is***** can help you with your question.

Short of this being a hardware fault that will need parts replacement, this usually happens when it is only receiving one channel of audio. Are you certain that audio is feeding into both stereo channels?

Not trying to run stereo. I want to run parallel (input y) and the amp won't allow me to change out of stereo bypass. I have 10 of these amps and there are 2 of them doing it. 1st amp in my sub send on 2 different racks. All the other amps are set to input y

have you tried taking those exact wiring inputs and outputs and connecting them to a different amp to test it? This will tell you right away whether it's the amp that's the problem or something else.
