Problem with Zenith XBR616 DVD VHS Recorder: When a DVD is

Customer Question

Problem with Zenith XBR616 DVD VHS Recorder: When a DVD is inserted
shows "READ" but instead off showing the " Disk Menu" it shows "no disc",
looks like a smaller size disc, then shows "Not connected to Camcorder".
I'm not trying to connect or do anything with a camcorder, just trying to
play a DVD.
On Home, I've reset everything but no change.

Also were there any storms or power outages you are aware of just prior to this event?

Thank You,
