Customer Question

Years ago I started with the basic Bose unit(one CD). Later I added the 3 CD unit. The 3 CD unit does not play or eject and contains 3 CD's. In the past I could unplug for a short time and it would reset. This has been unsuccessful for several weeks now, with only the main unit working. I get "disc error" when I try the CD's in the 3 CD unit. This has been happening on and off ever since I moved 1 year ago. I moved this unit carefully.

Hi there,

You will get the "disc error" message if the system is unable to read the disc.

This may be due to a buildup of dust inside the unit.

Try running a cleaning disc in it a few times, or blow some air into the CD area to help clean it.

Let me know if successful..
