Hi I'm sorry to hear that.

This may require service but try this first and let me know if this did not help.

Unplug your TV. Next wait 5 minutes then plug it back in but this time press and hold the eject button on the DVD player (the one the TV) not the remote while plugging it in.

Tap it a few times.

If it releases great then please rate kindly.

But if not don't rate yet but reply to me for further information.

Thank you

Dear tech Michael I tried unplugging the television and pressing the reject button but did not disengage now what do I do ?

Hi, thanks for trying that. Next, unplug the TV and then plug it back in, this time press the eject button, and listen carefully for a tiny motor sound, it will only last a second or so. and it must be done it a quiet room.

Let me know if you hear that, then I will know what is wrong.

Thank you
