Recorder Player Problems? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hello and sorry you're having problems.
How long have you owned the Bose system for please?
Also, are there any signs of life at all?
Okay, this indicates at the very least that the AC fuse located inside of the Bose has failed, and in most cases the power supply circuit was shorted from the lightning. This requires repairs- no resets or adjustments will fix this problem. Unfortunately, since the system is 14 years old- Bose will not fix the unit (anything over 10 years old is not supported by Bose directly), so the options here would be to replace the changer with a new Bose multi-disc, or to contact the folks at the link below who specialize in Bose repairs:
Other than that, I'm sorry for the bad news and wish there were a quick fix.
