my roku is unable to connect to the internet! HELP
Already Tried: Everything, including calling Netflix and their tech support was unable to help me. I think this roku has gone bad. Its been working fine...I've had it for about a yr

Please start by rebooting both the router, and the roku, by unplugging power to each for 60 seconds.
Then try the roku connection again.
If it still isn't working, check your network settings that it's using the correct network and password. If it is, or if it can't even see your network, but other wifi devices work, then you may indeed have a bad wifi radio in the roku. If it's close enough to your router, you can try a wired ethernet connection to see if that will work for you.
