I have a Bose Radio/Cd player

I have a Bose Radio/Cd player I bought a few years ago - Model No. AWRC1P Sometimes the CD player will not go to certain tracts. It just freezes and doesn't do anything. It is frustrating and my wife thinks we should get rid of it. Please help Earl Taylor

I would first try to purchase CD laser cleaning kit. You can purchase one from your local radio shack. See the link below

Once you have cleaned the laser then try to play a cd that you know it used to work properly on this system as a way to verify that the system is working.
