In a CPO I obtained the respondent's attorney wrote that the respondent is not responsible for payment of real estate taxes for our home ( have a survivorship deed). We are not married. Can I be held to something like this written on my protection order? Can I be sued if I don't pay the real estate taxes?

That is highly unusual to have on a CPO. Did the judge sign off on it?
