I have a lease, 1 yr, signed the 1st of june 2016. the water leak in the kitchen was 1st noted 9/6, prop manager informed of leak. work to address said leak wasn't addressed until 10/20. 2 weeks later the kitchen was pulled out, flooring, sink, appliances, etc...had a hotel stay for 2 night due to aspestus(sp), mitigation, 11/8-11/10. since that time (we are now in december), i have been without a kitchen. I have and continued to pay rent on time.................3 mos going into the 4th month!
