Customer Question

Hello, we have a neighbor that has deny us access to run a small curb on our lot line to prevent water runoff from her side. The garage has about a 6" set back, and no fence on her side. We see large puddles on the floor of the garage after it rains. We have only had this property for one year.
JA: Where is the property located?
Customer: San Dimas, Calif
JA: Has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: We have had a Survey done, but not recorded.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: We just finished pouring a ribbon driveway, and the crew will now have to come back which will cost us more, since we had no access.

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

Would you have to enter the neighbor's property to finish pouring the curb?
