Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.
Can a credited that acquire a judgement on you attach or forcloseure on assets held in ones family trust
No, because assets in a family trust are owned by the trust itself, not the family member themselves. Most family trusts are irrevocable so as to provide asset protection from creditors. So any judgment against a family member personally can not attach to assets in the trust.
