I'm 80 and still working as a Real Estate agent in Calif.

Customer Question

Hi There: I'm 80 and still working as a Real Estate agent in Calif. I've just been told I have cancer and will have to stop working. Is there anyway to increase my social security?
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Calif.
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Not yet.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm married, am selling my assets, a small building. and a rental. My wife does not work. And from what I've been to it looks like illness is going pretty expensive. So I'll still have house payments. That's why I've still been working.
