Customer Question

Hi there, my brother had a life estate and has now died. My sister and my names are ***** ***** the deed to mom's house. We want to sell it but my brothers sons have now decided they want a piece. We do not believe it was mom's intention. What should we do? We have offered it to them at a lower price but they refused.
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: California
JA: Has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: We took him off the deed and Julie and I are on it only
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

We want to sell it but my brothers sons have now decided they want a piece.
