I would like some information regarding if I have any rights

Customer Question

I would like some information regarding if I have any rights on a property that has been declared a public nuisance.
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Missouri
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Oh yes and I agree that the structure should probably be taken down. But I am concerned about the contract I signed. I indicated it was not signed voluntarily on said contract.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: How do I pay for the consultation?
JA: When we are ready I'll take you to the appropriate web page.
Customer: How much?

Thank you for using JustAnswer.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Could you explain a bit more about your situation? You say that you signed a contract on property, but that it was not "voluntary". The property has been declared a public nuisance?
