The mortgage is in my deceased husbands name as is the deed only. He has a Son from a previous marriage who I suppose is his beneficiary. I have paid every payment on the property as well as maintained it. The Son will not sign a new deed putting the property in my name. Do I have any rights? I am totally disabled .
