We had our house for sale and with the inspection we found

Customer Question

We had our house for sale and with the inspection we found out we have "Poly pipes" and synthetic stucco. We bought our house 10 years ago and nobody told us before buying the house. The inspection we had was all good.
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: GA
JA: Has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: no we just got the inspection yesterday and also says we have the board siding which per inspection also was recalled.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: that is all

or our inspector ( 10 years ago inspection)
Expert:  Damien Bosco replied 9 months ago.

It is a statute of limitations issue. The issue is whether you could have discovered it at an earlier date. There is though a possibility of a suit against the inspector. We can discuss.
