Have Real Estate Law Questions? Ask a Real Estate Lawyer.
Good morning, and thanks for using JUST ANSWER. Specific closing dates are not usually stated in a purchase agreement. Everything depends upon the buyer conducting is "due diligence" to make sure that the property is acceptable in all respects. You didn't say whether you are the buyer or the seller, and it makes a big difference. Do you have a real estate broker working for you? Please tell me a little bit more about what is going on and I think I can answer any questions that you may have.
