Is there an "average" length of time for adverse possession

Customer Question

Is there an "average" length of time for adverse possession and quiet title - if they can be filed together - from the date of filing when a property owner can demonstrate all payments including taxes for the life of the property (over seven years)?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Colorado
JA: Has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I would anticipate they may have questions which I will answer.
