Customer Question

My neighbor has but up a barrier which prevents me from accessing a small section of lawn between our 2 properties. My lawn mover is wider than the space between her barrier and a window well so I have to lift the mower over the window well if I want to mow. She then placed another barrier so I cannot mow a strip until I can prune back a bush to get past it. Do I have a right to access this strip of property between our 2 homes?

I'm Lucy, and I'd be happy to answer your questions today. I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Who owns the strip? Is her barrier entirely on her own property?
