I am a California contractor with a c-13 and a c-23

Customer Question

I am a California contractor with a c-13 and a c-23 (ornamental iron)
We did an iron fence around a pool For an HOA.
I had the fence powder coated by a reputable co. And the fence rusted within a year.
I,ve agreed to have the fence sandblasted, prime coated and finish powder coated but the HOA is asking for a three year guarantee of no rust. They have sprinklers spraying on it every day watering there shrubs and my powder coater won't guarantee it for more than a year. I've asked if they could change to a drip system and they said No.
They will sue if I don't agree with there terms.
What should I do?
