There is no stated limit to the number of proxies a person can vote on in Texas under current law.They are not limited as long as they have duly signed proxies here and vote with them.Texas has not limited the numbers here, as to how many proxies can be voted.

Unless the Association were to limit this by CCRs or other rules the statute does not limit numbers of proxies a person can vote.
