I brother was the owner of our mothers home until she passed away. So he had the rights to sell the home for our family members of 8 kids . and I think he used the home for a lien to buy his auto shop and we were offerd many great offers but he no.
bye then two years right bye and he took a offer of 40,000 do you think he used the for his shop and his ourlien was at his price and got it dowm enough to pay that off and we could pay from the home then?
