Yes you can here but the lien follow the property so the person who gets the title here takes it with the lien attached.The lien goes with the property only way to remove it here is to pay it off.The new owner cold not sell it without resolving existing lien.But you can quit claim the title here with the lien attached to title.It passes to new owner for resolution.
