I own a business in small town
All the building are old historical buildings. The building next to me which is the last one the block. Is having to be torn down due to severe damage. My current insurance policy does not include damage if somethin went wrong nor loss of in come if i have to close. If i buy this additional insurance tomorrow can the insurance company deny my claim if something happens in afew weeks?

If there was known damaged to your unit already, the insurance would not cover it. But since you are buying insurance for the very reason that you believe you may need it, then you should be fine. That is the whole reason for insurance.
