i have a home in alabama where i have a young man who has destroyed it he ruined the carpets through the whole house they were new when he moved in they are destroyed by pet urine all the way down to the sub flooring and the padding he ripped apart the central ac unit and his dogs chewed through he wiring of the unit and shorted it out i dont remember signing the contract nor did he and he asked me to pad the rent so that he could defraud dhr out of food stamps so the contract is voidable do to the fact that it was never signed and the fact that it was written with fraudulant intent voids it does it
