This is Samuel. Unfortunately, yes. If you are not paying your rent, or are breaking a lease in some other aspect, you can be evicted. Unfortunately, your disability is not going to be considered. The only way your disability would protect you is if you are not in default of your rent and you are not breaking the lease in any other way. OR if your Landlord has not evicted others for the same violation of the lease as you.
