Proper public utility instillation guidelines. Concerns of possible nepotism involvement and neighbor right of way concerns, causing issues of damage to my property, including having to relocate another utility (propane tank) which is causing me problems in effecting a possible catastrophic event to my home and the safety my neighbors.

Thank you. Please tell me a little more? For example:

WHO is attempting to install WHAT, and WHERE?

Are there any easements involved?

What kind of problems are being caused, and how? By whom?
