There is a tenant living in a home I manage and he is not on

There is a tenant living in a home I manage and he is not on the lease and the orginal tenant has abanded or just left and no rent has been paid how can I get this person out (he is living there illagley in my openoion this is in AZ he won't let anybody in he clames we can not make him leave asap

Ok. If the person hasn't been there but a few weeks, you should be able to file criminal trespassing charges and get a court order removing him from the property.

If he had been there for months, you'd likely have to treat him like a tenant, give him a 30 day notice to vacate and then evict him if he didn't leave.....but since he's only been there a few weeks, the easiest thing is to charge him with trespassing.
