I am working on a loan modification and the mortgage company

i am working on a loan modification and the mortgage company once they received a complete package and it was in underwriting they sold the note and i have to start over. the new company is difficult to deal with. do i just keep plugging along or leave?

Unfortunately, you have to stick out if you still need the loan modification. If you no longer need the loan modification, then you can stop working with the new and difficult company.
