I purchased a duplex property and eventually turned deed over to my 2 children stipulating in the deed that I can reside there til I die. unfortunately my son passed and my daughter became sole owner not willing to recognize the deed as to my rights of living there.

Could you explain a little more?

If you reserved a life estate on the deed, that is, your name is ***** ***** the deed, I am not sure that I understand why your daughter is not recognizing your rights as to the life estate.
