I have owned a rental property years and have always paid

Customer Question

i have owned a rental property for 20 years and have always paid the loan on time. i refinanced the property 15 years ago and now a balloon payments is due. the loan is through Citi bank and i have been talking to them for a couple of months. the problem i have is the property will not praise for the loan value. every time i speak to a rep from Citi i get different answers. i have had no problem making the payments on the property but i cannot get it refinanced. i am currently getting a loan on a rental property i won out right but that is time consuming and i dont know if citi will wait. the other issue is i don't know if i will be able to get enough to cover the loan on the property in question. i would like to speak to some one to see if i am doing this the right way. there is a lot of other info that i have explained in this memo.
