Customer Question

Good Afternoon,
my HOA is requesting a lengthy application about me putting new carpet into my upstairs unit. They say it will take 45 days to review it. I will not be able to rent out the condo with the ruined carpet in it and will lose a lot of income in rent. I do know the acoustic regulations, as they are listed in the written HOA rules.
What can I do?
Thank you for your assistance!
