I would like legal advice regarding timeshare settlement

Customer Question

I would like legal advice regarding timeshare settlement options to avoid foreclosure for a timeshare brought in Hawaii USA.

You can offer to deed the timeshare back to the resort at a nominal fee. However, if the resort refuses to buy back the property, you may attempt to sell the timeshare yourself. If you are not successful, then I am afraid, that the foreclosure may not be avoided.
