Customer Question

I am selling a house by land contract. It is for a length of 10 years. Also I have a revocable trust but the property is not in the name of the trust. If I die during this time how does the buyer continue to make payments?

The buyer would continue to make payments to the estate and then to your heirs or successors in title until the contract is paid in full.
